I booked a flight yesterday and when i came online to print my itinerary today the flight was not booked and now it costs over $1200 more. can you please assist me? i always use expedia.com to book my flights and hotels and never had this to happen. is there anyway that expedia would honor the flight i had booked?

I am about to write the worst review ever of expedia if i don't get help right away from someone who speaks good english and has authority to help me out. i've just spent hours on the phone to india for what should have been a quick hotel booking. i called to complain of bait and switch on prices, and was finally offered a $50 coupon for my next booking for all the time i waited. i booked a room at full price to get this coupon. when i tried to use the coupon on a second booking it could not be applied to my booking! "please check the terms and conditions" -- which were nowhere to be found! i'm ready to cancel my first booking and slam expedia with a terrible review! i've never had this problem before, and have been using expedia for years! if you are losing this loyal customer, you are about to lose many more!!
“You were lucky to get through to anyone at all at Expedia. I've spent hours and hours and hours over three days trying to get through to anyone on their customer service phone line, their chat line and their e-mail, all to no avail. They really owe their customers much better customer service.”

How do i speak to someone that has some power about a customer service problem?
“Demand to speak to a Supervisor though you better have time because it will take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once the Supervisor does nothing or little to nothing to resolve your concern, ask to speak to a manager. Get ready to really wait. DO NOT ACCEPT THE "WE'LL HAVE A MANAGER CALL YOU WITHIN 24 to 48 HOURS" When you figure out you don't matter, sit down and right a review!”
